Early return to work can have a beneficial effect, supporting individuals in a tailored and structured/phased return.

People often believe that being back at work could possibly delay their recovery or cause further problems to their health. There is, however, very little evidence to support this when a supportive, individually tailored and structured/phased return to work is implemented.
